There is a 10 minute grace period before a $10 Late Fee is added to the cost of the grooming session.

Appointments running over 15 minutes are automatically CANCELLED and will be charged a $20 fee that will be taken as a Non-Refundable deposit.

Same Day Cancellations will be charged a 25$ Fee that will be taken as a Non-Refundable Deposit in order to reschedule.

No Call-No Shows will be charged a 35$ Fee that will be taken as a Non-Refundable Deposit in order to reschedule.
