There is a strict 10 minute grace period before a $10 Late Fee is implemented. Appointments that are running over 15 minutes late will automatically be CANCELLED and asked to Re-Schedule with a $25 Non-Refundable deposit.

Any No-Show or Same-Day cancellations will also be required to leave a $25 Non-Refundable deposit for a reschedule.

All cancellations 24 hours prior to the appointment will not be asked to leave a deposit.

Proof of updated Rabies is required.

If your pup has had any allergic or health risking reactions to these vaccines please provide a medical note from your vet stating the issue and your pup will not be required to vaccinate.
